Selah Westfall joins Anchor Recovery and Wellness with 20 years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, skilled nursing, education, and behavioral health.  Her ER experience illustrated the gap in how the mind and body connection is often overlooked.  She is passionate in bridging the gap by providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care to clients.  Her approach is to combine modalities that include therapy, lifestyle modifications, and occasionally medication to achieve the best individualized outcome.  Welcome.
